John Jerome Jacoboski of Stevens Point, WI, died on Saturday October 17, 2015, at Northridge Assisted Living, Stevens Point, WI. John was 76 years old. He was born on July 20, 1939, in Stevens Point. After graduating from St. Bonaventures Seminary High School, Sturtevant, WI, in 1958, he served in the Air Force from 1958-1963. He returned to Stevens Point and met Constance Kieliszewski of Stevens Point, whom he made his wife on June 11, 1966. There they raised seven children. John worked in the TV repair field until he opened his own business in the late 70's, Technical Services. He enjoyed sharing his faith with all whom he met. He is preceded in death by his parents Alois and Agnes Jacoboski, his brothers, Leonard, Louis and Joseph.
He is survived by his brother, Oscar and sister, Maryann Simmons. Additionally his children, Raphaela (Gene) Schraufnagel, Yon Jacoboski, Karl (Andrea) Jacoboski, Samuel Jacoboski, Agnes (Donyea) Shack, Charity (Jamie) Carlson, Amber (Brian) Scholz; one granddaughter, Jasmine Tesch.
On his request a memorial service will be held at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses, 3600 Northpoint Drive, Stevens Point, WI, on Saturday Oct. 24. There will be visitation from 2-3 p.m., followed by a memorial service.
