"Mrs. Ella (Myers) Scott, wife of Charles Scott, died at her home on Welton Ave., Friday p. m., death being caused by apoplexy. She was a daughter of Amos and Sara Hoose Myers and was born at Chaseville, January 1, 1853. For the past thirty years she has been a Schenevus resident. Surviving relatives are the husband and two sons, Jas. A. of Utica and Ernest of Schenevus. The funeral was held Sunday at 1 p. m. at the Baptist church, the Rev. Chas. Buckingham officiating.
