Raymond Deigado Aceves, age 73, of Oxnard, California, passed away unexpectedly on October 14, 2015. He was born on October 8, 1942.
Raymond attended Santa Clara Elementary School and Santa Clara High School. He went to Ventura College and majored in Retail Merchandising, then went to California State Polytechnic College in San Luis Obispo and received a Bachelor of Science degree in business Administration, Part if Cross-Country, Track and Field Team, Varsity Letterman. Attended Alaska State for one year.
Served in the US Air Force. Stationed in Fairbanks, Alaska with honorable discharge. Obtained a Real Estate Brokers License. He was a Farmers Insurance Agent for 35 years.
Uncle Raymond has left an emptiness in our hearts which will never be filled. He has left us far too soon. May you rest in peace, now that you have joined your sister whom you loved unconditionally.
Preceded in death by his parents, Gregorio and Maria D. Aceves and loving sister Carmen (Aceves) Perez.
Survived by his niece Elizabeth Aceves-Perez Arias and grandnieces Alexandria and Elizabeth Arias, brother-in-law Paul Perez, longtime friend Adeline Salinas.

A Mass will be held on Tues. Oct. 27th at 10 am at Santa Clara Church on "E" St. in Oxnard, followed by a burial at Santa Clara Cemetery
