Pat married the love of her life, Aaron Lavone Adams, in 1954. Aaron joined the Navy and they were blessed with three sons, Aaron Jr., Alan and David. They traveled extensively until his death at Guantanamo Bay, Cuba, in 1969. Patricia then took on the monumental task of raising three sons and continuing to attend to her mother-in-law, Alberta Marsee, until Alberta's passing in 1996. She courageously went on to allow her sons' to own horses and dirt bikes, to hunt and fish. Raising them in a manner her husband would have been proud of, not necessarily what would have been easiest for her. She worked at First National Bank of Crestview for 30 years as their Internal Auditor until her retirement in 1997. Patricia was also a Mary Kay Consultant from 1971 until her passing. She took great pride in her job as a consultant and would recommend Mary Kay products for many ailments much to the delight of her family and friends.
Pat loved to go to the Greyhound races, play bingo and take trips to Biloxi-but her main joy in life was having her large, extended family over for dinner. She also enjoyed going to Field Day each year at her grandchildren's school and played a large role in their lives after her retirement.
