Eunice Lucille Waddell, 93 of Warm Springs, GA, passed away Saturday, October 31, 2015 at Warm Springs Nursing Home.

Graveside services will be held 1:00 PM on Tuesday, November 3, 2015 at Harris City Cemetery with Rev. Scotty Fowler officiating assisted by Rev. Eugene Wiseman. Visitation will be held from 6:00-8:00 PM on Monday evening at the funeral home.

Ms. Waddell was born December 22, 1921 in Woodbury, GA the daughter of Effie Ledford Brown and Charlie Brown. She worked as a baker at Warm Springs Hospital and was a member of the Harmony Church of the Nazarene. Of her many hobbies, she thoroughly enjoyed ceramics.

She is preceded in death by her parents and her husband Johnny Willard “Witt” Waddell.

Survivors include her sons, Johnny (Jean) Waddell of Warm Springs, Roger (Cheryl) Waddell of Harris City, and Steve (Patsy) Waddell of Woodbury; her sister, Lurline Braddy of Harris City; six grandchildren, fourteen great-grandchildren, and four great-great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, contributions in memory of Ms. Eunice Lucille Waddell may be made to Warm Springs Nursing Home or Columbus Hospice.
