His memory is cherished by his granddaughter, Kathy Peckham (children Clarence and Tricia) who was his caregiver for five years; his children, Dianne, Larry, Ruby, Gary and Mark; 17 grandchildren , 30 great-grandchildren, and 11 great-great-grandchildren.
