Mrs. Myrtle Mae Faulkner Wilmoth of Etowah, wife of the Robert H. (Bob) Wilmoth died Dec 9, 1914. She was born near Centralia, IL in Marion County on Mar 8, 1893.

She came with her mother to Mississippi Co and Etowah, AR. On January 20, 1914 she was married to R.H. Wilmoth, a prominent merchant of this place.

Less than a year of happy married life and after 14 days of hard suffering from childbirth, she departed this life. The baby died also.

Myrtle was a painstaking wife and used great industry and diligence in making her home cheerful and comfortable.

She was a pleasant woman and was loved by all who knew her. During her sickness, she was very patient and cheerful when her many friends visited her.

She was 21 years and 9 months old and all friends are in great sympathy to the sorrowing husband, mother, brothers and sisters who are so lonesome because Myrtle is gone.
