Christopher John Kisner, 17, beloved son, brother, grandson and friend, passed away Wednesday, April 15, 2009 in Ogden, Utah.

He was born Aug. 11, 1991, in Idaho Falls, Idaho, to John Wayne Kisner and Pamella Seright.

Chris was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and attended the Burch Creek LDS 1st Ward.

He was a senior at Bonneville High School.

Chris enjoyed martial arts, which included jujitsu and karate. He also enjoyed paint- ball and four-wheeling.

Surviving are his father and stepmother, John W. and Joanna Glasmann; mother and stepfather, Pamella and Drew Brandel; one brother, Isaac Brandel; and five sisters, Amanda (Nicholas) Weekes, and Desiree, Brooklyn, Kassidy and Lindzi Kisner. Also surviving are his grandparents, Garland and Debbie Kisner, Bill and Ilene Johnson, John and Sharon Shaw, Merrill and Arlene Lundberg, Melvin and Jenny Seright and Connie and Darris Powell.

Funeral services will be at 3 p.m. Monday, April 20, 2009, at the Burch Creek LDS 1st Ward Chapel, 5161 S. 1300 East.

The family will receive friends from 1:45 p.m. to 2:45 p.m. Monday prior to services at the church.

Interment will be in the Lindquist Washington Heights Memorial Park, 4500 Washington Blvd. in Ogden, Utah. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Lindquist's Ogden Mortuary. Condolences may be sent to the family online at www.lindquistmortuary.com.
