Charles T. Klingler, one of the best known residents of Paulding, died last night, at 8 o'clock, after a few weeks illness, of acute kidney trouble, complicated with typhoid fever, at the age of 65 years. He leaves his wife and nine children, six boys and three girls, to mourn. He was a soldier of the civil war, enlisting in Co., K. 33rd Ohio, on the 23rd of February, 1864, during the Atlanta campaign he was wounded and lost one leg above the knee. He was mustered out in July, 1865. He moved to Paulding county from Hardin county 29 years ago and has been a resident of this county since. He was a good citizen and highly respected. The funeral will be held tomorrow afternoon at 2 o'clock at the Presbyterian church of which he was a member, conducted by Rev. Grabiel. The G.A.R. post and others meet at the residence at 1:30
