Mary Watkins was married 35 years to a devoted husband to whom six children were born, two of her children preceded her in death. She had two sisters and four brothers. She also leave to cherish her memories her grandchildren and great grandchildren, with many friends and family. She lived a long prosperous life in the Mississippi Delta. She was very devoted to her children and cared deeply for her friends. Her life was filled with things she loved most, she enjoyed being around her grand kids, baking pies, going to church and had a love for fishing. She was a strong and courageous woman, her latter years was mostly spent around her children and listening to gospel music that she so enjoyed. She died at the age of 91, peacefully and smiling.
