Mrs. Emma B. Keller
Mrs. Emma B. Keller, 67, an active real estate broker in Portland for 33 years, died suddenly at her home, 1525 S.W. 10th avenue, Saturday morning, the victim of a heart attack.

Mrs. Keller had operated her own realty company in this city since 1910. She was a charter member of the Women's Realty board and served two terms as its president. At the time of her death she was a memember of the board of directors of the Portland Realty board and was one of only two women who have had this distinction. She also was a member of the Fifty-Fifty club and the Women's Advertising club. For many years she was active in legislative work for the Pacific Northwest Real Estate association.

Mrs. Keller was born at Grass Valley, Cal., in 1876, daughter of Michael and Mary Chapman Byrne, and was educated in Wisconsin and at Willamette university, Salem. At Salem she met Harry Perrine Keller and they were married at Oakland, Cal., in 1894. They resided in San Francisco until 1906, when they moved to Portland.

Surviving Mrs. Keller are her widower, her daughter, Mrs. Leonard R. Shaver; two grandsons, Leonard R. Shaver Jr. and Harry Lincoln Shaver, all of Portland, and her sister, Mrs. Richard Cartwright of Salem.
