---Wilma was born on April 25, 1942 in Hardburly, Kentucky to Timothy and Mary (Hall) Fields. On March 3, 1961 she married James "Jim" Lindsay in Battle Creek. He preceded her in death on August 7, 2004.
---Wilma worked as a dispatcher for Emmett Rescue Squad and delivered the Battle Creek Enquirer where her children could work with her, and she was a manager for J.C. Penney in Battle Creek. She and her husband Jim also managed mobile home parks for several years. Prior to being a member of the Marshall Church of Christ, she was a Pioneer Girls Leader for Battle Creek Friends Church. She enjoyed cake decorating, making candy, camping, bowling and she especially enjoyed spending time with her family and grandchildren.
