He was born July 24, 1925, in Caraway, Arkansas to Stephen and Dicie Denison.
He served in the United States Navy and was a veteran of WWII. He a contractor and a member of Lynn Church of Church.
Survivors include his wife of 46 years, Ivalene Denison; son, Danny Denison (Shelly); daughter, Katherine Clements; brothers, Dave (Clara), Bill (Wanda) and Melvin (Mary) Denison; sisters, Margie Price, Pamela Martz; 6 grand-children; and 13 great-grand-children.
Funeral services were at Lynn Church of Christ. Burial was in Dry Creek Cemetery.
