William N. Ayers "Dick" died Sabbath. W. N. Ayers was born in Marysville, May 16, 1872. He spent his life here with the exception of a short time in Chicago and later his term in the Cincinnati Law school. Since being admitted to the bar, he had been associated with his father, Hon. D. W. Ayers and took part in many of the important cases in which the latter was employed. He was appointed a special bailiff of the common pleas court and custodian of the law library. He was a member of the Presbyterian church.
