"A telegram was received by friends yesterday announcing the death of Alexander Gray of Princeton, NJ. Mr Gray was a son of the late John Gray and lived for many years on South Main Street, where Mr. Baumann now resides.
It will be remembered by many that John Gray many years ago moved to Princeton with his family and settled on a farm, and remained there until his death. The son who has just passed away remained with his parents until their death, and has been engaged in different pursuits since then.
The body will be brought to this city on Friday afternoon, and interment will be in Hollenback Cemetery."
