SALEM — Alvie Lee (Arnett) Carty, 98, of Salem, died Friday at Heritage House of Salem.
She was a retired employee of the Bluegrass Ordinance Depot in Richmond, Ky., and a former school teacher.
Services will be 6 p.m. today at Dawalt Funeral Home in Salem. Graveside services will be 1 p.m. Monday at Bluegrass Cemetery in Salyersville, Ky.
Friends may call 4-6 p.m. today at the funeral home.
Memorial contributions may be made to the John Hay Museum.
