Peter F. Haberkorn, entered into heaven on Dec. 23, 2000 at the age of 76 years.

Beloved husband of Ethel (nee Klein).

Wonderful father of Ken (Ruth), Kathi (Bill) Kojis, Mike, Steve (Karen) and Diane (Steve) Mahler. Proud and crazy grandpa of Stephanie, Becky, Tim, Matt, Tom, Nick, Jackie, Kimberly, Andrew and Juliana. Dear brother of Jake (the late Marge), Margaret (the late Warren) Fidlin, and Rose (the late George) Manthey. Brother-in-law of Ed (Marge) Klein, Eleanor (Raymond) Smith, Dorothy (the late Peter) Gottfried, Chuck (Carole) Klein and the late James and Mary Jane Klein.

He will be further remembered and missed by other relatives and friends. Visitation Thurs. Dec. 28, 2000 at Christ King Church 2604 N. Swan Blvd., Wauwatosa from 4 until the time of the Funeral Mass at 7 PM. Gathering to follow. Private interment Wisconsin Memorial Park.

Peter will be remembered by all for his wonderful sense of humor and love of Polka music. He was formerly employed as a commercial artist and after his retirement pursued his love of watercolor painting. He was a WWII veteran, member of the former Illustrators and Designers of Milwaukee, member of the Knights of Columbus, Bishop Leo J. Brust Council #3702 and the Young at Heart at Christ King Church.

The family would like to thank the doctors and the staff of the ICU and Hospice at St. Joseph Hospital who were so very supportive during his illness.
