Frank Specht, 86, resident of the town of Kossuth who had been making his home with a nephew, Edwin Specht, at 2227 – 14th St., Two Rivers, for many years died Saturday afternoon at a Manitowoc hospital where he had been a patient for several weeks.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday at the Klein & Stangel Inc. Funeral Home, Two River, the Rev. M. J. Roehrdanz officiating. Interment will be in the Kossuth National Cemetery.
Mr. Specht was born in the Town of Kossuth on Sept. 21, 1869, a son of the late Frank and Catherine Spoentgen Specht. He remained on the homestead farm until his retirement nearly 20 years ago and had been making his home with his nephew since.
His only survivors are a number of nieces and nephews.
Friends may call at the funeral home until the time of service.
