Ouellet, Frank L. of Dover, formerly of Wellesley died on August 31, 2015. Beloved husband of the late Arria (Peppard) Ouellet for 48 years. Devoted father of Dr. David Ouellet and his wife Patricia of California, Susan Russo and her husband Charlie of Holliston. Loving grandfather of David Ouellet Jr, Derick Ouellet, Candice and William Bryson. Brother of Jeannette ORourke of Acton and the late Edward Ouellet. Frank was born on November 11, 1926 in Wellesley and joined the Marine Corps at age 16 during the Second World War. After school, he became a civil and bridge engineer and a home designer. He was active in Civic areas as President of Wellesley Chamber of Commerce, Distinguished President of Wellesley Kiwanis, one of only three in 90 years named as Distinguished, Treasurer of Wellesley Kiwanis, and President of Channing Associated Inc. Real Estate in Wellesley Hills. Active in sales of homes and management and owner of commercial properties, such as apartments, office buildings, and industrial buildings in Cranston RI, Foxboro, Randolph, Norwood, Bourne, and Wellesley.
