Loving Mother, step- Mother, Grandmother, Great Grandmother, Sister, Cousin, Aunt, Sister- in- Law and Ally.

Before her retirement, she used to work for the US Immigration and Naturalization office, in San Juan, Puerto Rico.

She was married first to my Uncle Raymond J. Tossas, Jr. with whom she has 3 children and married second to Francisco "Paco" Santiago Vazquez, with whom she had no children, but loved and cared for his children from his first marriage(widowed), as if they were her own.

She loved her immediate and extended family, like no other! Passion and perfection, were key traits, of her brilliant personality.
She will be sorely missed by all, who had the opportunity to bask in her earthly love, for any amount of time.

She passed away 2 days and 28 years after, my and her children's paternal Grandmother, Elena de Tossas (Correa Vazquez).

She was interred in the same cemetery as her parents and her 2nd husband "Paco" Santiago, in Bayamon National Cemetery, on the 25th of November 2015.
