Mrs. Ida Mae Judy departed from the shores of time Oct. 9, 1906, and launched upon the waters of that mystic river we call Death. She was born at this place Jan. 20, 1887, and was married to Ernest Judy March 29, 1903. As a wise and prudent voyager she had prepared everything necessary for the journey. She was the daughter of A. Sanner and wife and a sister of Mrs. Louis Patton of this place. She died at the home of her father's surrounded by the entire family, a broken-hearted husband and one little babe, a father, mother, three sisters and two brothers. The funeral services were conducted by Rev. Houck, after which the remains were laid to rest in Bethlehem cemetery. The family has the sympathy of this community.
