Carter was survived by his parents, Clark and Erin Mullen of Nampa, Idaho; grandparents Keith and Nancy Randall of Caldwell, and Dann and Jeanine Mullen of Meridian (Ada County, Idaho); Aunt Lindsay, Uncle Dallas, and Cousin Keegan of Twin Falls; Uncles Craig and Jeff Mullen and Aunt April Mullen of Meridian; and many great-grandparents, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his great grandparents: Marilyn McDonald, Art Randall, and Kenneth Lyle Mullen and Marjorie Jean (Pickett) Mullen.
Carter's family would like to thank the St. Al's NICU (Neo-natal Intensive Care Unit) physicians, nurses, respiratory therapists and staff for their relentless efforts, compassion, and loving care.
