Daniel Michael Peterik, 43, of Indianapolis, passed away on November 26, 2015. He was born on January 21, 1972 to Gerald and Bernadette Peterik in Kaukauna, WI.
Daniel attended Ankeny High School in Iowa and Des Moines Area Community College. He worked for Conseco Insurance in Information Technology for 20 years and was recently working for Cognizant Technology Solutions in Indianapolis. He was an Eagle Scout and a member of St. Luke Catholic Church.
Daniel is survived by his father, Gerald; brother, Steven Peterik; and many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. He was preceded in death by his mother, Bernadette.
