Veda Rozena Force
A funeral will be at 1 p.m. Monday, Feb. 15, 1999, in Portland Memorial Funeral Home for Veda Rozena Force, who died Feb. 9 at age 95.
Mrs. Force was born May 8, 1903, in Franklin County, Neb. Her maiden name was Bradshaw. She moved to the Gladstone area in 1947. A dryer operator, she worked for Pendleton Woolen Mills from 1948 until retiring in 1968. She was a member of Gladstone Church of the Nazarene. In 1920, she married Richard; he died in 1983.
Survivors include her sons, Garold of Portland, Harold of Salem, Delbert of Tacoma and Lewis of West Linn; daughter, Donna Faye Kistler of Oregon City; sister, Dorothy De Mary of Sandy; 15 grandchildren; 29 great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren.
Interment will be in Portland Memorial Mausoleum. The family suggests remembrances to a favorite charity.
