Millie Marie Lewis, 84, of Warsaw, died Friday at Kings Daughter Hospital, Madison, Ind.
She was a homemaker, a member of the United Methodist Church in Clay City, and a past Matron of Gent, 331 Order of Eastern Star. She was preceded in death by sons, John Smith Lewis and Darrel Ray Lewis.
Survivors include her husband, Billie Lewis; brothers, Orville Pasley, Lenwell Pasley and George Pasley, all of Clay City; sisters, Margie Pasley, Lorelei Pasley and Wilma Pasley, all of Clay City; four grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
Services will be at 1 p.m. Monday at Carlton-Lowder Funeral Home, Warsaw. Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home. Burial will be in Carrollton I.O.O.F. Cemetery, Carrollton.
Memorials are suggested to the charity of the donor's choice.
