We mourn the loss of our precious, beloved mother, Ida Fuller Potter, born June 27, 1912, Knott County, Kentucky, passed from this life July 1, 2007, in the hospital surrounded by her children, Clark, Annette and Carlene Potter who held her hand and whispered I love you until her last moment on earth on July 1, 2007 in Pasadena, Harris County, Texas at the age of 95 years 4 days. It was an honor and a privilege to be with our Mother in her last moments on this earth. Many of Mom's family were there to say goodbye to her.
Ida Fuller Potter was the daughter of Green Fuller who preceded her in death. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Creed Flannery Potter, son, Joel Martin Potter, step-sons, Ralph Waldo Potter and Fred Potter, grandson, Trent Martin Potter, half - brothers; William "Billy" Fuller and Thomas "Tommy" Hale brothers, Elijah "Lige" Fuller, Elijah Green "G" Fuller, Delzie "B" Fuller, Robert Lee "Bobby" Fuller, half sisters; Ada Fuller Bowen, Iva Fuller Ritchie and Arzella Hale Caudill, sisters, Minnie Fuller McIntyre and Bessie Fuller Shotton.
Ida is survived by three daughters; Billie Joyce Jaynes of South Houston, Texas, Leona Carlene Potter Burkland and Annette Potter of Pasadena, Texas; two step-sons; Dan Morgan Potter and Archie Vincent Potter of Kentucky, sons, Clark Douglas Potter and David Thomas Potter of Houston, Texas, 28 grandchildren, 51 great grandchildren, 26 great great grandchildren and a host of relatives and friends to mourn her loss.
