The marriage of Miss Alberta Marie Curtis, of Burlington, and Raymond Carter, son of Mr. and Mrs. Augustus Carter, also of Burlington, took place on Monday evening at nine o'clock in the parsonage of the First Baptist Church. The Rev. Millard O. Peirce, pastor of the church, officiated. Miss Irma Hancock, of Burlington, and Maurice R. Gilbert, also of Burlington, were the only attendants. Upon their return from a wedding trip to New York City, Mr. and Mrs. Carter will reside on 13th Street, Springside.
