Ward Junior Alls, 84, of Roanoke, died Friday, November 27, 2015 at Salem Health and Rehabilitation Center.
Ward was born in Montgomery County July 14, 1931 and lived in the Roanoke Valley all of his life. He was the son of the late Harvey William and Emma Kent Sarver Alls.
Ward was a farmer and enjoyed fishing.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife Patricia Spradlin Alls; sisters Irene Miller, Elaine Whitmyer, and Virginia Helms. Ward is survived by his brothers Willard J. Alls of Fincastle and Frank B. Alls of Roanoke; and several nieces and nephews.
A graveside service and burial at Godwin Cemetery in Fincastle will be announced later.
