Hallie J. (Beish) Beauseigneur, age 89, of Clearfield, passed away Friday, December 4, 2015 at Ridgeview Elder Care and Rehab Center.

She was born on December 26, 1925 in Hyde City, PA; daughter of the late Earl and Lyda (Carr) Beish. On August 30, 1947 she married Donald L. Beauseigneur at St. Francis Catholic Church.

Mrs. Beauseigneur was a 1943 graduate of Clearfield High School, worked for eight years at Bell Telephone, and was a homemaker.

She was a member of the West Side United Methodist Church where she was the President of the Administrative Board, served on the Board of Trustees for the Administrative Board for many years, volunteered at Vacation Bible School, worked as a Youth Group Leader, and was named Woman of the Year at the church.

Mrs. Beauseigneur was a member of the NON Club, Girl Scout Leader, and member of the 1943 Clearfield High School Class Reunion Committee.

She enjoyed car rides on the mountain, get togethers at Deerlawn Camp, playing cards, snowmobiling, camping vacations at Myrtle Beach, traveling around the country, sing-a-longs, dancing, babysitting her grandchildren, and most of all spending time with her family and friends.

Survivors include: three children, Debra J. Dukatz and husband Ervin of LaCrosse, WI, Brenda S. Ryan and husband Joseph of Clearfield, and Donald L. Beauseigneur, Jr. and wife Dana of Clearfield; eight grandchildren, Thomas Dukatz and fiancée Erin Ehmke, Kathryn Herold and husband Robert, Daniel Ryan, Beau Ryan and wife Staci, David Ryan, Jayme Ryan, Grace Beauseigneur, and William Beauseigneur; three great-grandchildren, Ethan, Elliott, and Eliza Jane Herold; brother, Robert E. Beish and wife Hannah of Medina, OH; and sister, Audrey Moore and husband James P. of Clearfield; and numerous nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Donald L. Beauseigneur, Sr., who passed away December 11, 2007; and two brothers, Howard L. Beish and Cecil D. Beish.

Funeral services will be held at West Side United Methodist Church on Tuesday, December 8, 2015 at 11am with Rev. Dr. Joleen A. Willis officiating. Interment will be at Centre Cemetery, Hyde.

Friends will be received at the Bennett and Houser Funeral Home, Inc. on Monday, December 7, 2015 from 4:00-7:00pm, and an additional hour of visitation at West Side United Methodist Church on Tuesday, December 8, 2015 from 10:00am until the hour of services.

The family would like to thank the employees of Colonial Courtyard, Knickerbocker Villa, Ridgeview Health and Rehab Center, and AseraCare Hospice for their care over the years.
