JERRY M. BELLOWS, 32, of Prattsburg, NY, died Sunday, July 24, 1983, in Prattsburg as a result of a motorcycle accident. He was born December 18, 1950 in Canton, Bradford County, Pa., the son of Maxwell E. and Madeline (Pat) Allen Bellows. He was employed by the Empire Telephone Co., Prattsburg, for the past nine years as a switchman. He was an Army veteran of the Vietnam conflict and a member of Trojan F & A.M. Lodge No. 306 of Troy, PA. Jerry graduated from Canton High School in 1968. He is survived by his wife, the former Debbie Burk; three children, Annalisa, Teresa and Sarah Jo, all at home; his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Maxwell Bellows of Canton; a brother, Robert VanNoy of Mansfield; two sisters, Ms. Patricia Chopak of Stroudsburg and Mrs. Bert (Cleone) Schweikart of Williamsport, Pa.; mother and father-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Clyde Burk of Troy, PA; and several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins. Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. from the Morse and Kleese Funeral Home, 40 N. Center St., Canton, with Rev. David Morris, pastor of Canton Church of Christ, Disciples officiating. Interment will be in Windfall Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home tonight from 7-9 p.m. The Troy Masonic Lodge will conduct memorial services this evening at the funeral home at 8:45 p.m. –Towanda Daily Review.
