George P. Siskoski, age 76, of 10516 Francis Creek Road, Two Rivers, entered eternal life on Wednesday afternoon, Aug. 18, 2010, at St. Vincent Hospital, Green Bay, Wis.

George was born on Feb. 25, 1934, at Ironwood, Mich. He was the son of the late Louis and Agnes Taraska Siskoski. George was a graduate of St. Joseph High School, Chicago, Ill. He entered the United States Army serving overseas in Korea. After being honorably discharge George returned to Chicago and became employed with Western Electric from where he retired. He then moved to Manitowoc and was employed with St. Mary's Home as the head of the maintenance department for 11 years. George was a member of St. Anne Catholic Church.

He is survived by one brother: Louis Siskoski, Palos Hills, Ill.; two sisters: Sister Mary Odelle, Manitowoc; Mary Bradley, Indiana; friend: Shirley Sutton, Manitowoc; nieces, nephews along with other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by two brothers and five sisters.

Funeral services will be 10 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 21, 2010, at St. Anne's Catholic Church, Francis Creek.

The Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated by the Rev. Thomas Wojciechowski with burial to follow at St. Anne's Catholic Cemetery. Relatives and friends may call at the Harrigan Parkside Funeral Home on Friday from 5 to 8 p.m. with a prayer service to be held at 7:30 p.m. lead by Fr. Tom. The visitation will continue on Saturday at St. Anne's Catholic Church from 9 a.m. until the time of services at 10.

The Harrigan Parkside Funeral Home and Crematory, N. 11th and St. Clair streets, Manitowoc, is assisting the family with funeral arrangements.
