Burial in family cemetery that was located on their farm, with children Hiram, Clara, Samuel, Wesley. Some of the children died in the Winter of a contagious disease during a time of very limited access to the farm. The small plot of land was set aside for burials during that time.
The farm and land surrounding the cemetery is now owned by the State of Michigan.
