CLOVIS BRUNELLE, 95, formerly of Clinton Street, a retired machinist, died yesterday at Friendly Nursing Home.He was the husband of Rose (Aubin) Brunelle. A lifelong Woonsocket resident, he was the son of the late Phillippe and Marie Louise (Baillargeon) Brunelle.Mr. Brunelle was a machinist at the former Nichols Co., Waltham, Mass., retiring in 1970. He had also been employed in the lunch program in Woonsocket schools and by the former Woonsocket Worsted Co.He was a member of the former Precious Blood Men's League and had been an altar server at funerals.Besides his wife, he leaves four sons, Emile Brunelle of Sierra Vista, Ariz., Albert Brunelle of Woonsocket, and Edward and Robert Brunelle, both of Fort Smith, Ark.; two daughters, Dorothy Owens of Neilville, Wis., and Claire Shaw of Woonsocket; 16 grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren and 4 great-great-grandchildren.

The funeral will be held Thursday at 9 a.m. from Menoche Funeral Home, 76 Providence St., with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 in Precious Blood Church, Carrington Avenue. Burial will be in St. Jean Baptiste Cemetery, Bellingham, Mass.
