Mrs. Adams was born in Pace, Mississippi the daughter of Robert Edward and Lillian Wright Barwick, on Feb. 20, 1920. Marguerite was a Houston resident numerous years and active with her church, Spring Woods United Methodist Church. She was a member of the United Methodist Women's Group, Northwest Women's Club and cherished her friends and family and the time they shared in numerous events.
