Stanley Bakeman, 95, of Liverpool, passed away on Saturday. Stanley was a strong, hardworking man who
loved his girls. He served his country honorably in WWII in the US Army. He was predeceased by his wife of 50 years, Ruth (Loucks). Stanley is survived by his four girls, Gail Jackson, Susan Clark, Donna Johnston and Betsy (Howard) Kelly; 11 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; four great-great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. Calling hours will be Friday 7 to 9 p.m. at New Comer Funeral Home, N. Syracuse. A funeral service will be Saturday, 9 a.m. at New Comer Funeral Home with burial to follow in Onondaga County Veterans Cemetery. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.
