Myrtis LaVivian Bartlett Vinson age 95 passed away Sunday, December 13, 2015. Graveside services will be held at 12:30 p.m. Wednesday, December 16, at Baldwin Memorial Gardens Cemetery with Rev. Jerry Bradley officiating.
Mrs. Vinson was a native of Bibb County but had made her home in Milledgeville. She was preceded in death by her parents Murray Stokes Bartlett and Minnie Lee Wheeler Bartlett, her husband Edward S. Vinson, Sr. and a son Jerry Thomas Bush. She was a member of First Baptist Church of Milledgeville.
Survivors include two sons, David Allen Vinson (Wanda) of Lawrenceville and Edward Stoe Vinson, Jr. of Milledgeville, daughter-in-law Lou Ann (Bush) Luckey of Milledgeville, grandchildren, Margret K. Bush, Amanda Vinson Garza, Adam Edward Vinson, Ashlie Vinson Burns, Allen Vinson, Aaron Vinson and 5 great grandchildren.
