The friends and former pupils of he “Reynoldstown school” who were taught by Misa Eunice Bryant, will be saddened by her death, which occurred in Pittsburg Sunday night.
Miss Bryant was a lifelong resident of this city, and was a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. William Bryant of the East Side. The deceased was a member of the Second United Presbyterian church, of the W. C. T. U., and was a very zealous participant in the meetings of the “Reynoldstown School Association,” where she will be greatly missed.
She had been in failing health for more than a year, and spent the past winter at the home of relatives in Pittsburg, where she died.
The remains will reach New Castle Tuesday afternoon, and the funeral services will be held Wednesday at 2:30 o’clock from her home on Hutchison street, near Walnut. Friends who desire may call at the house this evening, (Tuesday).
The deceased is survived by one brother, Sydney, of Oklahoma. She was in her 72nd year. She realized that her death was near, and planned her funeral arrangements, even to selecting from her former pupils those she wanted to have serve as pallbearers. Burial will be in Greenwood cemetery.
