Philip Eli Rollo, 82, Wausaukee, passed away February 18, 2013. He was born August 28, 1930 in Neshkoro, WI, son of the late Eli and Violette (Koeneke) Rollo. Phil graduated from Seymour High School in 1948, and served his country in the United States Navy. He married Lillian Tank on April 21, 1956 at United Methodist Church in Seymour, WI. Lillian preceded him in death on February 8, 1998.

Phil was a jeweler for Kmart and Shopko in the 70’s, served as Airport firefighter/deputy at Austin Straubel Airport, and also was an insurance agent for Modern Woodman of America.

He was an avid woodworker and leather tooler, and he loved the outdoors and loved to tell a good story.

Survivors include his four children: Carla (Dale) Schneider, West Bend, Chris (Jim) Gauthier, Winneconne, Diane (Dale) Baeten, Allouez, and Michael Rollo and Debbie Hart, West Bend; one granddaughter, Kari (Jeremiah) Krause, Manitowoc; one great-grandson, Jackson; and numerous nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents and wife, Philip was preceded in death by two sisters, Wanda McAbee and Ida Mae (Ed) Tyczkowski.

Family and friends may call Saturday, February 23, 2013 from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at Knutson-Cotter Funeral Home, 536 Cty R, Denmark. Funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Interment will follow at Zion United Methodist Cemetery. Online condolences may be expressed at www.cotterfuneralhome.com.
