Dyanne Kathleen Earley (Teasdale), Mundelein, IL, died Thursday evening, July 24, 2014 in her home surrounded by her loving family. She retired in 2001 as the Artistic Director of the Marriott Lincolnshire Theatre in Lincolnshire, IL, a title she had held since 1980. She was with the company for 25 years. During her tenure at The Marriott, she directed countless productions, including THE FIRST, MY FAIR LADY, WINDY CITY, and MISS SAIGON (garnering Joseph Jefferson Nominations for Best Direction of a Musical for each of them). She was the first woman to be nominated for direction of a musical by the Jeff committee. In addition to that distinction, she had a passion for producing and directing new musicals, writing children's theatre, and is credited with launching some of the biggest names in Chicago theatre. Dyanne was preceded in death by husband, William Louis Earley. She is survived by four sons, Thomas Earley (Susan), Mark Earley (Sandy Krapf), David Earley, and Kevin Earley (Julie Ann Emery); as well as siblings, James Teasdale (Nancy), Lee Fratantuno (Mike-deceased), and Beth D'Isa (Tim); and two grandchildren, Samantha Earley and Donovan Earley. An open to the public Celebration of Life will be held on Monday, August 11, 2014 at 6:30 p.m. at the Marriott Lincolnshire Resort. In lieu of flowers, Dyanne asked that contributions be made to the Byron Grant Musical Theatre Scholarship Fund at Webster University. Checks may be made to Webster University with "Byron Grant Scholarship" in the memo line and sent to the family or brought directly to the memorial service.
