Jefferson City News-Tribune (MO), March 9, 2004-Dail Sullivan, 84, Tuscumbia, Mo., died Monday, March 8, 2004. He was born October 18, 1919 in Nevada, Mo., the son of James Emmett and Donna (Dail) Sullivan, who preceded him in death. He was married to Genevieve (Slone) Sullivan, April 13, 1952 in Tuscumbia, Mo. Survivors include: his wife, Genevieve; son, Alan Sullivan Jr. of Lake Ozark, Mo.; son and daughter-in-law, Larry and Tammy Sullivan of Tuscumbia; three grandchildren, Tiffany Sullivan, Timothy Sullivan and Jessica Chatten; and sister Julie (Sullivan) Jennings of the state of California. He was a member of the Tuscumbia Christain Church of Tuscumbia, Mo. He served in the United States Army during World War II and is a former member of the Eldon Country Club. Visitation will be Tuesday, March 9, 2004 from 5-8 p.m. at the Phillips Funeral Home, Eldon, Mo. Funeral services will be 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, March 10, at Tuscumbia Christian Church with Rev. Larry Schraer and Rev. Gene Edwards officiating. Burial in Tuscumbia Cemetery. Memorials are suggested to Tuscumbia Christian Church Building Fund.

Grandparents were Arthur G. and Louisa Robinett Sullivan, buried in Deepwood Cemetery, Nevada, MO.
