PIONEER OF COUNTY IS DEAD, AGED 78
Mrs. Veronica Kolanczyk Came Here in 1852
Mrs. Veronica Kolanczyk, an aged resident of the county, died at the hospital today after an illness which had made her an invalid for nearly two years and from which she had been sufferer for twelve years.
Mrs. Kolanczyk was 78 years of age and had resided here since 1952. Her husband died two years ago this month.
Of six children, three survive Mrs. Kolanczyk, being Albert of Newton, Mrs. Constantine Malek and Mrs. George Urban of this city.
The funeral will be held from the Urban home, S. 11th St., Monday morning to St. Peter's Church at Newton.
