FRANK REZEK, MELNIK MAN DIES SUDDENLY
Found in Dying Condition in Barn Where He Was Feeding Stock
Found in dying condition in the stable where he had been attending his stock, Frank Rezek, a prominent and well known farmer of Melnik, died within a few minutes after being removed to his home. Rezek was found by his wife who visited the barns to call him for the noonday meal when he failed to respond to her call from the house.
Though it was at first thought Mr. Rezek had been kicked by a horse, having been found near the stall of one of the animals, physicians who conducted an examination of the body said that death was due to heart failure. Mr. Rezek was 52 years of age and is survived by a widow and five children. The burial was held at Melnik today.

Mr. Frank Rezek, a prominent and well known farmer of this place had been found in a dying condition in the stable where he had been attending stock Sunday. Nov. 17, at 1 o'clock p.m. by his wife. A physician was immediately summoned who said that Mr. Rezek was stricken with paralysis resulting in death several hours later. It was a severe shock to his many friends as well as to his grief stricken relatives.
He was about 52 years of age and is survived by a sorrowing wife, three daughters and one son. They are Mrs. Fred Soukop of this place, Mrs. Wm. Wilda of Manitowoc, Miss Helen and Fred at home.
The funeral was held Wednesday morning from the late home with interment at the Melnik Presbyterian cemetery. The funeral was very largely attended. It seemed no one could fail in paying tribute to the deceased. The local lodges Z.C.B.J. and the Melnik Sokol of which deceased was a member attended in a body.
