Mrs Aaron Hastie Dies From Burns
Mrs. Aaron Hastie, of 46 Broad Street, Pittston, who several weeks ago sustained terrible injuries due to burns while cleaning up about the home, is dead. Everything possible that could be thought of by medical men was done to save her life, but without avail. She was one of Pittston's best-known women and had hosts of friends who will regret her demise. -- Wilkes Barre Times Leader, April 7, 1910.
