She attended school at St. Joseph's, Emmitsburg, and later both she and her sister, Miss Amelia Frances, lived at the Schmidt residence until the death of the sister several years ago. She was a life long and devoted member of the Evangelical Reformed church and was much loved.
She is survived by the following relatives: nieces and nephews -- Mrs. Steiner Schley, this city; Mrs. J.K. Wilson, Baltimore; William P. Kunkel, Lebanon, Pa.; Charles E. Kunkel, Ca.; and Mrs. Emma Barkee, Baltimore; grand-nieces and nephew -- Mrs. Charles W. Ross, Jr., Miss Lillian K. Schley, Mrs. Isabel Kunkel-Daniels, and William L. Harley, all of this city.
Funeral services were held at the late home; interment in Mt. Olivet Cemetery; Thomas P. Rice was the funeral director.
