Vicki Lynn Shelton 39, died Monday November 23, 1987, at a Topeka Kansas hospital.
Miss Shelton was a licensed practical nurse at St. Mary's hospital in Emporia and later at Kansas Neurological Institute in Topeka before she became ill.
She was born July 22,1948 at Arkansas City Kansas the daughter of Homer B. and Jean Mathew Reppart. She graduated from Hartford KS High School in 1966 and from Flint Hills Vocational Technical Schoool at Emporia in 1968 with a LPN certificate. She moved from Emporia to Topeka about 18 years ago.
Survivors include her parents Homer and Jean Reppart of Emporia, three sisters, Mrs Linda Kraus, Topeka, Mrs Lisa Blevins and Mrs Janis Hair both of Emporia and a Grandfather Homer L. Reppart of Cottonwood Falls Kansas.
Vicki was a great sister who was so loving and compassionate.Even though she was 10 years older than I, she always made me feel so close and what I had to say was always important. She loved playing her guitar, and loved being around kids and animals she loved her dogs.
She is missed so much every day.
