DAUGHTER CUT OFF WITH $5 IN MOTHER'S WILL FILES CONTEST ON INSTRUMENT IN PROBATE COURT

Cut off with a bequest of only $5 the will of her mother, the late Mrs. Wilhelmina Kohls, Gibson, Mrs. Ella Miller, of Two Rivers, has filed a contest in probate court against the administrators of the will. The contest is based upon charges of undue influence and that the testator was not competent.

In her will Mrs. Kohl, after providing the $5 legacy for her daughter, whom she says secured her share of the estate before the testator's death, directs that $150 be expended for a residue of the estate be equally divided between five sons.

The will was filed some time ago and the protest followed. Healy & Joyce appear for Mrs. Miller.
