CYRUS EDWARD RITCHIE died at his late home in Adamstown Monday night. He is survived by his widow, Mrs. Nellie C. Ritchie and the following sons: Martin R. Ritchie, Frederick.; Joseph J. Ritchie, Oxford, Ohio; Norris E. Ritchie, Parkersburg, WV; Leonard A. Ritchie, Washington, DC; Howard N. Ritchie, at home; and Mermie D. Ritchie, Baltimore; sister, Mrs. J.B. Smith, Doubs; and five grandchildren.

He had been employed by the B&O RR for 30 years. He was a member of the Brotherhood of Maintenance of Way Dept. of the B&O RR; Mountain City Lodge No. 29, K. of P. Frederick; and a lifelong member ofthe Doub Lutheran church.

The funeral of CYRUS EDWARD RITCHIE was held from his late home in Adamstown Thursday afternoon. Interment was in Mt. Olivet Cemetery; M.R. Etchison and Son were the funeral directors.
