KATERINA KREJCARKOVA
(1828 - 1908)
After an illness of five weeks duration Mrs. Katherine Krejcarek (sic) died on Sunday morning, at the home of her son, aged 79 years.
Mrs. Krejcarek was well known being a pioneer settler, coming to this country in the early fifties and settling on a farm in Kossuth. After residing there for several years, the family moved to this vicinity, where she resided ever since. Her husband preceded her to the great beyond some eighteen years ago.
Mrs. Krejcarek is survived by six children, four sons and two daughters. They are Wencle of this vicinity with whom she resided, Joseph of Reif, Frank and John of Gibson, Mrs. John Salta and Mrs. Jos. Kliment also of Gibson.
The funeral was held here Tuesday morning from St. Wencel's Catholic church. Interment at the Catholic cemetery.
