George Swallow was born on September 19, 1868. He died on May 29, 1931 at the age of sixty-two years, three months and twenty days. He was the son of Mr. and Mrs. WM. Swallow. On January 6, 1897 he was married to Lottie Mary Winter. Two children were born to this union - William Joseph Swallow of St. Paul, Minn., and Mrs. Ruth Robel of Kansas City, Mo. Besides his wife and children he leaves behind two brothers Charles Swallow of Perry, Iowa and Oscar Swallow of Booneville, Iowa. Funeral services were held at the Booneville church and burial was made in the Booneville cemetery on Wednesday afternoon, June 23rd.
