It was going to be a special day for 10 year old Elaine Jugum. She and her father Louis and two cousins, Nancy Theresa Keys (age 12) and Sally Ann Keys (age 14) were gathered at Farrell's ice cream parlor near the Executive Airport in Sacramento, California. An air show was going on that September day. At 4:25PM all the happiness of that day ended for Elaine, her father, 2 cousins and 18 others who died when a jet crashed into the ice cream parlor.
